At Asteria, in addition to our software solutions, our roots are in customer support services.  We pride ourselves on minimizing your down time.  Our support staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with any telephony issues.  Services are available on a per call basis for scheduled and emergency issues. 

Our technicians are available for all types of efforts from complete PBX planning and deployment to troubleshooting phone and carrier issues.  Our support personnel also include Digium Certified Asterisk® Professionals that can assist with your Asterisk® PBX needs.  We have experience with traditional analog and T1 / E1 connectivity as well as SIP-based platforms, from single office PBXs to geographically dispersed multi-PBX deployments. We have integrated Asterisk® PBX platforms in a variety of manners with traditional PBX vendors including Nortel, Lucent, Avaya, Comdial, Fujitsu, and Panasonic platforms. 

Turn-Key PBX

Asteria Solutions Group (ASG) offers turn-key PBX systems for small- and medium-sized businesses. Since the PBX is based on the open source Asterisk® application, our systems are more cost effective than products from traditional telecom equipment providers. We configure systems to your specifications and ship them ready to install.
