Reign is a .NET-based/mono graphical (gui) call management interface. It is call management product extremely compatible with any phone set (SIP, IAX, analog, soft phone) that can be used by Asterisk. Users can easily dial, answer, place calls on hold, retrieve calls from hold, transfer, park, retrieve from park, conference, and indicate availability status. Transfers to extensions, voice mail, and conferences are performed with drag and drop. Additional features include Speed Dials, Group Dials, Contacts for contact management, and call history.

Assist is Asteria's graphical web-based interface for Agents in a call center scenario. It works in conjunction with your customer relationship management (CRM) product. Assist aids the Agent in monitoring their calls and the queues in which they are assigned. The Assist call center software provides Caller ID information as well as other information that may be associated with the caller from the CRM system. INsight is Asteria's Flash-based call Queue Management system. This call center application allows supervisors or queue managers to monitor queues at-a-glance through an intuitive web-based frontend. OmegaDial is a web-based autodialer for high-volume call campaigns that works with Asterisk. It was designed to keep large pools of call agents busy, on the phone and talking to potential customers. It works hand-in-hand with the Configurator, Asteria Solutions Group's Asterisk⢠configuration tool.
